BOOKING AND CANCELLATIONS š» Your appointments are very important at Luna Luxury Beauty and appointments are reserved especially for you. It is our priority to accommodate your appointment in the event of my own personal absence ā¦ due to emergencies and inconveniences appointments will be re-accommodated. Please know it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and any cancellation fees. Our booking system sends out reminders 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please understand that when you forget about or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment time. CANCELLATION POLICY: Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully ask for at least 48 hours notice. I charge a 50% service fee for any cancellations/ reschedules within 48 hour notice at minimum. AN 100% FEE IS CHARGED for any no call/no show!! We show our clients the same grace they show us in the case of any delay in their appointment time. Any client arriving 15 minutes pass their scheduled appointment time will result in an automatic no show if I do not have the time to move your appointment down and accommodate you NO CALL/NO SHOW Will be charged 100% of each service booked, after that you will no longer be able to book with us.
