Cancellation Policy
BOOKING AND CANCELLATIONS ๐ป
Your appointments are very important at Luna Luxury Beauty and appointments are reserved especially for you.
It is our priority to accommodate your appointment in the event of my own personal absence โฆ due to emergencies and inconveniences appointments will be re-accommodated by Karina.
We do understand sometimes things happen!
Please know it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and any cancellation fees. Our booking system sends out reminders 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Please understand that when you forget about or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment time.
NEW CLIENTS:
All new clients will need to fill out Policy + Consent forms.
Please complete your required "Intake" form in advance, via text or email, or arrive 10 minutes in advance to complete them before your appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully ask for at least 24 hours notice.
I do understand things come up and you may not be able to give me 24 hours notice, therefore the first time this occurs you will gently be reminded of the policy and it will be documented in your file. If it should happen again, you will be responsible for paying the cancellation fee. Please be aware you will be charged 20% of each service that is booked without a 24 hour notice.

LATE POLICY : We do offer a 5-10 minute grace period. We show our clients the same grace they show us in the case of any delay in their appointment time. Any client arriving 15 minutes pass their scheduled appointment time will result in an automatic no show if I do not have the time to move your appointment down and accommodate you
- 50% of the services will be charged if I receive notice.
NO CALL/NO SHOW
Will be charged 100% of each service booked, after 3 times you will no longer be able to book with us.
